Who we are
MTL is operated by MORE TO LIFE AU PTY. LTD. ("MTL," "we," "us," "our"), an Australian company, together with our sister brands RIDDIM and SOJI. We curate group travel and social experiences, including MTL 2026: Bali.
MTL collects and is responsible for your personal information. RIDDIM and SOJI may use content and information collected through MTL for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes.
What information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Booking details: full name, email address, phone number, gender, age, and postcode
- Payment information: processed securely through our ticketing partner — we don't store your full card details ourselves
- Health and safety information: allergies, dietary requirements, medical conditions or injuries you disclose to us, and your emergency contact details
- Travel and identity information: passport details where required for visa purposes or accommodation security arrangements, flight details, and accommodation preferences
- Social and contact information: your Instagram handle, where you choose to provide it
- Communications: messages you send us via email, WhatsApp, or social media
- Photos and video: captured at MTL events (see "Photography and filming" below)
- Website data: basic browser and device information when you visit our website (see "Cookies and analytics" below)
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Process your booking and payment
- Coordinate your accommodation, transport, and activities
- Send you essential trip information — itineraries, wristband collection, safety updates, and other attendee communications (occasionally by SMS or WhatsApp where it's time-sensitive)
- Cater to any allergies, dietary requirements, or medical needs you've disclosed
- Contact your emergency contact where there is a genuine safety concern
- Meet visa, immigration, and local regulatory requirements in the countries we operate in
- Create and share event photography and video for marketing, promotional, and archival purposes
- Send you marketing about future MTL events by email and social media, where you've consented
- Improve future MTL experiences based on your feedback and attendance
- Meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations
Who we share your information with
We share your information only where it's needed to deliver your MTL experience, with:
- Our ticketing and check-in partners, to process your booking and manage entry
- Our transport, accommodation, and venue partners, to coordinate your stay and activities
- Our local event and partnership partners in the destination country, who help deliver the event on the ground
- Our payment and financial service providers, to process transactions and meet our accounting obligations
- Our email marketing provider, where you've consented to receive marketing
- Government or regulatory authorities, where required by law (for example, immigration requirements)
- Emergency or medical services, if genuinely necessary for your safety or the safety of others
We do not sell your personal information.
Because we run events overseas (including in Indonesia for MTL 2026: Bali), your information may be transferred to and processed by partners outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to ensure it's handled consistently with this policy wherever it goes.
Health and emergency information
Anything you tell us about allergies, medical conditions, or injuries is used only to support your safety and wellbeing during the trip — for example, coordinating catering or briefing our on-ground Wellbeing Team. We treat this information with particular care and share it only with those who genuinely need it to keep you safe. Your emergency contact will only ever be contacted where there's a genuine safety concern.
Photography and filming
MTL events are photographed and filmed for marketing, promotional, and archival purposes. You'll be asked to consent to this at checkout, and by attending an MTL event you acknowledge that your image may be captured and used in MTL, RIDDIM, or SOJI content. If you'd prefer not to be photographed or filmed, let our team know in advance where possible and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. Cookies are small files stored on your device. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, or through the cookie consent options on our website. Turning off non-essential cookies won't stop you from booking or browsing.
How long we keep your information
We retain attendee information so we can support returning guests, keep you informed about future MTL events, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see "Your rights and choices"), and we'll do so unless we're required to keep it for legal or safety reasons.

- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct anything that's inaccurate
- Ask us to delete your information, where we're not required to keep it
- Opt out of marketing at any time
- Ask us any question about how your information is handled

Under-18s
MTL events are strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We do not permit under-18s at our events and do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Keeping your information secure
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, including limiting access to those who need it to deliver your MTL experience.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, and we recommend checking back periodically. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know through our usual channels.
